Carrying out passages on farms participating in the project – ECODIAG method

The second mission is listed below :

• ECODIAG method : This method, developed by the former CEN Languedoc-Roussillon, helps to identify all the agroecological infrastructures (IAE) present on the agricultural holding. The IAEs are diversified, they can be natural hedges, lines of trees, ditches, dry stone walls and grassy strips, to give some examples. Then, a score is given in relation to the structure, the composition and the degradation(s) of the selected IAE. This evaluation helps to inventory the different IAE and to assess their state of conservation at the farm level. The aim of this action is to improve the functionality of IAEs or even create new ones!
